I'm here to argue that two is not so terrible. At least for me it isn't. Two year olds are full of personality and energy. They are curious about everything and they love hugs. My little friend here turned two and OMG she is just so adorable!

I always love a good sleepy newborn but at six weeks old this little guy rocked my world. He slept through almost the entire session. And looked so precious in everything. What a little heart braker!

When I was told that this senior wanted to bring her dog along for her photos I was already excited. Oh my goodness! This beautiful girl and her very photogenic pup stole my heart.

This little dude could have just snuggled with me all day and I would have totally obliged him but we had some photos to take. I would like to take all the credit but the cuteness factor was kicked into high gear by this little guy. He smirked, he curled into cute poses, he let me put on hats and wraps, all in all he was just a champ. I can't wait to take his photos again!  

Oh my goodness. I haven't been updating my blog for a while so I have decided to give a daily update of some of my favorites for a bit. This little blue eyed beauty just had her first birthday and although most kiddos just dive into their cake she was a little confused about why we wanted her to get messy. Sticky hands are not for every baby. But, boy does she love bath time! 

This little beauty was in a bit of a rush to make her appearance and came a little earlier than expected. I suspect that she just couldn't wait to cuddle Mom and Dad and light up the world with her smiles. I tell people all the time that newborns have their own unique personalities and this baby girl was here to prove it. She was such a sunggler that every time I would change her wrap or blanket I didn't want to put her down. I hope she slept well for her parents that night because she snoozed the entire time of our session. Her photos are just cuteness overload!  

I had been waiting for this little guy for a long time. Oh my goodness! Those sweet little cheeks, those beautiful tiny fingers and toes and that sweet sleepy baby smell! He was such a little trooper on his first photo shoot. We had a great time capturing his unique little newborn personality. He loved to be swaddled and liked his hands close to his face. Big brother is already a pro. He holds his baby perfectly and even fetches diapers for mom and dad in a diapering  emergency. I can't wait to see how this beautiful family has changed in a few months! 

I wish I looked this good with either of my pregnancies. Wow, is she gorgeous! 
When we planned for this session I think we expected it to be a bit cold but the snow was just an added bonus. We contemplated changing our session but I am so glad that we didn't. This brave momma looked so awesome in that red dress in the snow! 
​I can't wait to meet the new baby! Any day now! Yeay!

And because I did this with my little girl I wanted to take some photos of my little guy too. He is a much less willing participant but an incredibly handsome subject and also so inspiring.
